We have the tools and experience to make custom gears to fit your application. We've made gears from under 1" to over 8" in a variety of pitches, pressure angles, and materials.
We can help at all stages
We prefer to work with our customers to find the best solution, even if that means we won't be making a gear. We use our database of commercially-available gears to find the best option, and can customize off-the-shelf gears to fit unique needs
Full CNC capabilities
Our shop includes CNC mill and lathe capabilities so we can go from raw stock to finished prototype.

Initial Consultation
This is for a one-hour consultation where we'll talk through your existing gear design (if you have one); offer recommendations on size, shape, materials, etc; and can provide tips on design for manufacturing; or whatever else best suits your project's needs
